CREDITS 1. What is a credit?
A “credit” is a predetermined amount of money
placed into your account which is used to pay for conference
calls placed through DLC Conferencing.
2. Where do I go to purchase a credit? To purchase credits, visit the “My Account”
home page and choose the option “Add to Balance”.
3. What credit denominations are available for purchase? Credits are available for purchase in increments of $50.
The minimum purchase is $50.
4. What currencies do you accept for credit payment? You may purchase credits in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
5. What methods of payment do you accept? You may purchase a credit through a credit card (Visa,
Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card), or money
order.
6. I am paying by money order. Who do I make the
payment to? When purchasing a credit by money order, make it payable
to DingaLing Communications Inc.
7. Can I receive a refund for unused credits? No. Purchased credits are non-refundable.
8. Do you charge tax on credits purchased? If you are located in Canada and wish to purchase credits,
a standard 5% GST charge will apply. If you are located
in Saskatchewan and wish to purchase credits, a standard
5% GST and 5% PST charge will apply.
9. Are my online transactions secure? Yes. Credit purchases are completed through InternetSecure.
InternetSecure services the top Canadian banks to provide
secure, online, real-time credit card processing. All credit
cards presented to InternetSecure are securely directed
to the financial institution that issued the credit card,
no matter where in the world. InternetSecure does not sell,
rent, or divulge any personal information about your transactions
to any third party other than the merchant (DingaLing Communications),
and your bank.
10. How long after I purchase credits do I wait to
use DLC Conferencing? For security reasons, there is up to a 24 hour waiting
period for a credit to appear in your account after your
first purchase. After approval, subsequent credit purchases
will automatically appear in your account when purchased.
11. Do I have to wait until my current credit balance
is $0 before I can purchase another credit? No. After initial approval, you can purchase an additional
credit at any time.
12. What happens if I am on a conference call and
my credit balance runs to $0 during the session? If your credit balance runs to $0 during a conference session,
DLC Conferencing will automatically credit your account
an additional 5 minutes. In the event the additional credit
of 5 minutes is nearing a 0, DLC Conferencing will inform
you when you have 1 minute remaining. After this time, your
call will be disconnected. All negative balances must be
settled before any additional conference calls are booked.
13. What does “Pending Balance” mean? A dollar amount will appear in the “Pending Balance”
section when a credit has been purchased and is going through
the approval stage with InternetSecure.
